This equipment can produce static electricity continuously. Its main function is to spray static electricity on the non-woven fabric of masks, so that the filtration efficiency of masks against staphylococcus aureus aerosol with an average particle diameter of (3 ± 0.3)um is not less than 95%.Melt-spraying electrostatic electret generator plays an indispensable role in mask production line.Filter principle of melt spraying fabric.The main material of melt-sprayed non-woven fabric is polypropylene, a kind of ultra-fine electrostatic fiber cloth, which can capture dust.The droplet containing pneumonia virus will be adsorbed on the surface of the non-woven fabric by static electricity when it is near the melt spraying.That's how the material keeps out germs.After the dust is captured by the ultra-fine electrostatic fiber, it is very difficult to be separated from the cleaning, and washing will also be destroyed by the electrostatic dust collection ability.So the mask can only be used once.Melt-sprayed non-woven fabric requires the addition of a small amount of material called electret, which is easily electrostatically charged. By applying a "corona discharge" to the material through an electrostatic electret device, the melt-sprayed non-woven fabric can be charged for a long time. Electret is a dielectric material that has the function of long-term charge storage. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low flow resistance, anti-bacteria and energy saving, etc. It can guarantee the physical collision barrier function of conventional filter materials and increase the electrostatic absorption effect.In treatment makes the fiber filter material with charge, combining with the characteristics of melt-blown superfine fiber density, therefore charged fibers formed a large number of electrodes, charged fiber can not only like a magnet to attract environment most of the charged particle, at the same time, it can be not part of the charged particle polarization, and some of the smaller particle size of pollutants, even the virus the nanoscale material can also be for electrostatic adsorption or charge repel cut off.
