System Main Features
1. Composite parts: large current generator, induction voltage regulator, temperature detector, PLC operating system
2. The voltage and current are displayed by PLC software, accuracy gets to 0.5.
3. With the functions of zero-position starting protection and emergency stop for fault.
4. The software testing period is setted according to customer's demand, and also it will prompt when time is over.
5. After setting the current value, if it comes errors, the software will automatically adjust in accordance with user's pre-setting.
6. Strongly Anti-magnetism, no effect for testing.
7. Adopts imported K-type thermocouple, 0-1370ºC.
8. The temperature detector can monitor, test and record multiple routes's temperatures. It can also automatically detect environment temperature, comparing testing point's temperature, then getting temperature rising value, alarming automatically when it exceeds setted temperature.
9. Can retrieve any point's temperature value or the temperature rising value, the measurement error ±1%.
10. Combined anti-interference techniques of hardware and software, stable performance, strongly anti-interference characteristic. With 4 basic interfaces: digital display interface, bar graph interface, real-time curve interface and recalling curve.
