DC high voltage generator is mainly used in the electric power department, power department of industrial and mining, metallurgy, iron and steel enterprise for zinc oxide lightning arrester, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators and other high voltage electrical equipment of DC withstand voltage test or DC leakage current test. Product Introduction and Features:
1. Accurate measurement, high accuracy. The voltage meter on the controlling box directly display voltage value that added on the loading object, don't need to additionally add voltage divider, easy to connect. The instrument can test leakage currrent on high-voltage end and low-voltage end. The high-voltage end adopts round shielding digital meter to display, don't worry about the discharge impulse. With strong anti-interference ability, suitable for on-site usage.
2. Voltage adjustment stability is high, softly and smoothly adjust voltage for the full measurement range, output voltage adjustment adopts imported single multi turn potentiometer, the step up process is stable, adjustment accuracy is high.
3. Can positive,negative polarity output(choosed by customer, if the two polarities both have, it means there are two sets of double voltage cylinders), zero startion, constant adjustable, having over-voltage, over-current, back to zero, grounding protection, special wire breakdown protection and many other protective functions. Strong auto protective function for circuit, complete and reliable protection makes the operation safely.
4. Adopts advanced technology, craft manufacturing, first group to use the middle frequency double voltage circuit, adopts the newest PWM high frequency pulse width adjustment technology and large power IGBT components, which makes the output voltage much stable, wave factor smaller.
5. With high accuracy 0.75UDC1mA function, very conenient for metal oxide Znc arrester testing.
6. Over-voltage setting adopts digital dailing switch, can diretly display setting voltage value, display unit is kV, very clear.
7. Fault sampling adopts special sensor, action time is nanosecond level, optical isolation device is also nanosecond level, can rapidly and ompletely break down DC main circuit, then protect the instrument from damage by maximum degree.
8. The double voltage cylinder adopts new material, light but firm. There are 3 sets of supporting foot built-in the bottom, which adds the stability of double voltage. The outer is painted with insulating material, with good electrical characteristics, strong moisture-proof ability.
9. The portable case is made by aluminum alloy, with small volume, light weight, easy to carry with.
