ZKD-303 vacuum switch vacuum degree tester is an upgraded tester, it has higher measurement accuracy, better stability and higher intelligent performance. The traditional power-frequency withstand voltage testing can just judge the vacuum degeree seriouly deteriorated arc chute. But when the vacuum degree gets to 10^(-2)~10^(-1), although the breakdown voltage isn't reducing, but the arc chute has been unqualified.

ZKD-303 vacuum switch vacuum degree tester adopts new arrival excitation coil, using magnetic controlling discharge testing method to test the vacuum degree, don't need to dispatch the arc chute. Synchronizely use the mircrocomputer to control and collect datas, which makes the arc chute vacuum degree's on-site sensitivity get to 10^(-5)Pa. 

The practical tester has been widely used to electric, steel and iron, petrochemical industry, fabric, coal and railway departments, who use vacuum switches.

Testing Steps
1. Ensure that the vacuum switch/circuit breaker is insulated with external environment, no leakage and reverse charge.
Involved below aspects:
A. Two ends grounding
B. Mutual inductor
C. Arrester
D. Arc suppression capacitor
E. Sensor
2. Ensure the vacuum switch/circuit breaker is dry and tidy.
3. Ensure the vacuum switch/circuit breaker's contact gap(Open gap).
4. Connect the excitation coil, the white scale aligns to the middle of vacuum circuit breaker, then use the bandage to fix the electric magnetic iron and vacuum circuit breaker( when make the testing, the pulse voltage will generate impact force, the measure can avoid the damage of vacuum circuit breaker).
5. As per the colors of testing lines and volume of fittings to connect the lines, the high voltage big clamp will be clamped to the end of vacuum circuit breaker that is far away from electric magnetic iron, the yellow green line needs to connect electric magnetic iron, then connect to the instrument.
6. Via the dialing switch inputing the tube type that matches with vacuum circuit breaker(The circuit breaker with protective sheath should adopt the sheath diameter).
7. Ensure the ready work and correct connection, then energy the power, press reset button, ensure the instrument is the initial state.
8. Press the leakage detecting button to detect leakage, then judge if the vacuum circuit breaker is qualified.
9. Press testing to quantify, confirm the quantity of vacuum degree, then print the testing result. (Display: 3.26E-4Pa, i.e 3.26x10^(-4)Pa).
10. Discharge: press the leakage detecting to reduce voltage of magnetic field, turn off the power, the big clamp discharges to the ground, separately take out the yellow green testing lines(hands don't touch to the bare fittings), after finishing the discharge, the other testing lines can be taken out randomly.
