CYJC-204A insulating oil dielectric loss tester is applied to test the dielectric loss tan delta and volume resistivity of insulating oil or other insulating liquid. The instrument adopts full digital technology, intelligently auto testing, easy to operate, the operating workers can use without much training.
Main Features

5. The internal standard capacitor is SF6 inflating three-level type. The capacitor's dielectric loss and capacitance won't be affected by environment
temperature and humidity, which guarantees the consistent precision after long using.

State indicating
1. High voltage indicator: If the high-voltage indicator is light on, means the oil cup has been with high voltage.
2. Heating indicator: If the heating indicator is light on, means the heating furnace is heating, it doesn't mean the oil cup's temperature, when the indicator is light off, please pay attention to the oil cup's high temperature.
Oil Cup' Technique
The oil cup adopts three-level structure, each level's gap is 2mm, which avoids stray capacitance and leakage affecting testing results.
(1) Distance between high voltage and low voltage: 2mm
(2) Capacitance of empty cup: 60±2pF
(3) The max testing voltage: power frequency 2000V

Dielectric Loss Testing
The tetsting voltage is sychronizely imposed to standard capacitor and oil cup's adding-voltage pole, The testing circuit comes to PGA controlling for two circuit signals, then sychronizely take AD samples of the two channels' signals. Then transmit digital signals to DSP(digital signal precessor), DSP carries on filtration, FFT calculation to figure out
tgδ,Cx,ε and other parameters, finally transmit to CPU.
