Battery discharge detector is specially design for testing battery's discharge, capacity, daily maintenance, engineering check and accept, other DC power on-load ability, etc. It adopts newly PTC porcelain resistor as the discharge load, completely avoid heating phenomenon, safe, reliable and no pollution. The intelligent professional design makes it easy to operate, greatly reducing the amount of labour.

Main Function:
1. DC48V voltage discharge function: DC48V voltage design, stand-alone meets battery's discharge testing of DC48V voltage level.
2. Storage batter-group constant discharge function: constant discharge current continuously adjutable, accurately test the batttery-group capacity.
3. Monitor on line: on-line monitoring in real time, display testing datas(current, battery-group voltage, single battery voltage, discharge time, capacity).
4. Monomer voltage detecting function: Adopts monomer wireless monitoring module, compatible for 2V/3.2V/6V/12V monomer voltage monitoring, each wireless monitoring module can monitor 12 monomers.
5. Real-time monomer voltage detecting function: auto display each monomer's present voltage and the lowest voltage on the host screen.
6. Alarm prompt function: when the current exceeds or lowers than the setted value, voltage higher or lower than setted value, polarization connected
oppositedly, higher temperature, short circuit over-current, fan fault, etc. The instrument will automatically alarm or stop discharging.
7. Pause or parameter revising available during discharging: during the discharge, workers can suspend the discharge, revise discharing parameters
(lower-limit voltage, discharge current, discharge time, etc), don't need to stop the testing. It's different from the traditional discharge detector which
has to restart the discharge testing after stoping discharge.
8. Remote control discharge function: The upper host software on PC end and discharge detector are connected through RS485 telecommunication wire, can control the discharge testing by PC.

3. The instrument adopts 2G large capacity internal data saving space, no worry for forgeting take U-disc when go out.
4. Adopts PTC porcelain resistor, avoid heating phenomenon, making the whole discharge procedure safely.
5. The internal controler works with double CPU, greatly guarantee the safe testing. When one CPU gets fault, the other CPU alarms and turn off.
6. The internal memory device adopts Flash ROM design, when it suddenly turns off or long time no use, the internal memory datas won't loss.
