Brief Introduction
Fully automatic close cup flash point tester is mainly used to test petroleum oil's close cup flash point value. The tester adopts abroad advanced technology, TET true color touching screen, can test temperature, petroleum oil number, atmospheric pressure and so on, widely applied to railways, aviation, electricity, petroleum and research agency.

Main Features
1. Prompt revise function when there is wrong operation.
2. Record the testing date, testing time and other parameters prompting function.
3. Automatically calibrate the atmospheric pressure's effect to the testing and calculate the correcting value.
4. Differentiation detecting, automatically correct the system's error.
5. Open lid, light fire, detect, print data, all these will be completed automatically.
6. The testing arm will automatically rise and fall.

Tester Working Theory
Put the sample oil to the testing cup, then heat the testing cup, produced petroleum oil steam will mixed with arround air, the mixed gas contacts with the flame and then produces flash fire, at this moment, the minimum temperature will be regarded as flash point.
The computer will issue intruction via I/0 according to the collected temperature, controlling heater, making the sample oil temperature rise as per certain rate, scaning period, light fire time, differentiation detecting, auto controlling. When the flash fire is tested out, the computer will stop collectign datas, displaing flash fire temperature and printing records, stopping heating, turning off flame.
