Large current generator is the necessary electrical adjust testing equipment. It is widely applied to power plant, power distribution station, electric manufacturers and research agent, laboratories, etc. The device supports short-time or intermittent work.
Our company has designed 3 types of large current generators which meet different customers' demands. The portable one is control box that's easy to carry with. The other two types are standing designed with wheels on bottom, you can move them anywhere. The only distinguish is automatic control or manual control. Usually werecommend the automatic one, it's easy to set values, getting accurate testing datas.

Product Features:
1. Parameters display by big LCD screen with backlight. Numerical reading is clear and visualized, displaying voltage, current, time ant other datas at the same time. The controller has all kinds of data setting functions, adopting large current intelligent control system to realize intelligent control.
2. The start/stop terms of time electric relay can be set randomly, adopting high precision sensor and high performance collecting chip.
3. Soft-touch panel button operation, all functions can be set by buttons, which improves products' safety, reliability. The whole process works intelligently.
4. Optional automatic current step-up test, manual current step-up test and impact quick-break test. Operation is flexible and simple.
5. Display the output current, time, analyzation in real time, all datas are displayed intuitively.
6. Prefect over-current protection, randomly set target output current value, current upper limitation and resistance time.
7. Having the functions of grounding detection and zero-return detection. The test can be carried out once the grounding and zero-return are confirmed.
8. The approximate calculating way of current step-up, withstand current times automatically after reaching to the setting target output current. The motor automatically returns to zero after timing stops.
9. The motor returns to zero, coming to sound and light alarm once exceeded the setting output current upper limitation.
10. Combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology, stable performance, strong anti-interference, adapting to bad electromagnetic environment.
11. Automatically diagnose errors, easy to find and solve problems.
