Brief Introduce
Transformer winding deformation tester can accurately judge the fault in the transformer, according to test transformer's internal winding characteristics parameters. The testing adopts fault frequency response analysis method(FRA), which has been completely developed and widely used in the world.
When a transformer is designed and manufactured well, its coil and internal structure have been fixed. Transformer may come interturn short circuit or phase short circuit during the testing, sometimes it's impacted during transportation, which causes coil movement, or coil deformation caused by electric magnetism pulling under short circuit or fault conditions. All these may make transformer's parameters change, then affect or change transformer's original frequency characteristics. The tester is suitable for 63kV~500kV electrical transformers internal fault detecting.

6. Signal output amplitude software adjustment, the max amplitude crest ±10V.
7. The computer will automatically analyze testing results and generate electric files(Word).
