CYHT-208 transformer comprehensive testing bench conforms to international standards. The testing bench is mainly used to test the load and no-load of power operating transformers or distributing transformers. It can also test transformer's power frequency withstand voltage, induced withstand voltage, temperature rising, partial discharge, turn ratio and other programs. The controller of the device is controlled by advanced single chip microcomputer, load and no-load and other testing datas are synchronizely sampled by the single chip microcomputer, which avoids errors caused by separately reading of voltage, current and power. 

Main Features of The Testing Bench
1. The device adopts big LCD display screen, the operating and displaying classifications are very clear, easy to operate.
2. Meet 50kVA-100000kVA power operating transformer's DC resistance testing, turn ratio testing, load testing, no-load testing, AC withstand voltage testing, induced withstand voltage testing and other testings.
3. The voltage, current digital meters can directly read no-load, turn ratio, DC resistance and other testing datas.
4. With sound light alarming and timing devices, operating when there is overcurrent during withstand voltage testing.

3. The bench's controlling parts: testing programs' functions switching, input/output voltage controlling, load/no-load testing current shift controlling, the voltage regulator's step-up and down controlling.
4.The bench's  protective parts: load/no-load testing overcurrent protection, power frequency testing overcurrent protection, double frequency testing overcurrent protection.
5. 3 phases 4 lines power supply.
6. Current mutual inductive parts: adopts two same models of 0.05 current mutual inductors, the mutual inductor is with multiple gears.
7. The high-voltage mutual inductor and middle frequency brushless electric generator are outside designed.
