CYJC-204B insulating oil dielectric loss tester is applied to test the dielectric loss tan delta and volume resistivity of insulating oil or other insulating liquid. The instrument adopts full digital technology, intelligently auto testing, easy to operate, the operating workers can use without much training.

The device inter integrates dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature transducer, dielectric loss bridge, AC testing power, standard capacitor, tramegger, DC high voltage power and other main parts. 

Main Features
1. The oil cup adopts three-electrode structure, the gap is 2mm between electrodes, which can eliminate stray capacitance and leakage that can affect the dielectric loss testing result.
2. The device adopts midfrequency induction heating, PID temperature controlling algorithm. The heating method separates oil cup and heating object, heating evenly, rapidly and controlling conveniently, which makes the temperature in the pre-setting temperature error range.
3. The inner standard capacitor is SF6 inflating three points pole type capacitor. The capacitor dielectric loss and capacitance won't be affected by environment temperature and humidity, which guarantees the consistent precision after long using.
4. Perfect protection function. When there is overvoltage, overcurrent, high voltage short circuit, the device will cut off high voltage immediately and alarm. When the temperature transducer fails or doesn't connect, the device will also alarm. When there is temperature limiting relay in the midfrequency induction heating furnace, if the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay will release, heating will stop.
5. It's convenient to set the testing parameters. Temperature setting range 40~120ºC, AC voltage setting range 200~2200V, DC voltage setting range 0~500V.
6. Adopts large TFT true color touching LCD indicator, display clearly. The device will automatically test with simple setting, and automatically reserve and print testing result.
7. Attached with real-time clock, the testing date, time will be saved, displayed and printed with testing results.
8. Have empty electrode cup calibrating function. By testing empty electrode cup's capacity and dielectric loss factor to judge the situation of empty electrode cup's cleaning and configuration. The calibrating datas will automatically save to accurately figure the relative capacity rate and DC resistivity.
9. The device makes RAM9 platform as the core, which gets to accurate and quick testing.
