3. Main function and features
(1)Load loss testing
Display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, automatically calculate transformer's impedance voltage percent, convert to under rated temperature, rated current's load loss, automatically judge the iron core type of oil immersed distribution transformer or dry-type distribution transformer. Alarm prompt during testing.
(2)No-load loss testing
Display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, and the distortion rate of power waveform, automatically calculate transformer's no-load loss under terms that no-load current converting to rated voltage and going through waveform distortion calibration, finally display the oil immersed transformer or dry-type transformer's iron core type.
(3)Single phase testing
Can be used to detect transformer single phase defect or there is no three-phase power on site. The tester can record single testing data for three times, and calculate transformer's no-load current, no-load loss, impedance voltage and load loss according to different connection methods.
(4)Zero sequence impedance testing
Zero sequence impedance testing is used for high-voltage side star-type connection with neutral point transformer, the tester can record zero sequence impedance, zero sequence reactor, impedance angle, zero impedance resistance.
(5)Capacity testing
Built-in rechargeable battery, selfly output three-phase sine wave inverter power, selfly adjsut output voltage, having the function of soft starting, soft stopping, don't need any other external power, can realize the judgement of distribution transformer's capacity and type, display transformer's impedance voltage and load loss converted to rated temperature and rated current.
(6)Can directly test among instrument permitted range, if exceeds the measurement range, can externally connect voltage transformer, current transformer. The instrument can set external voltage transformer and current transformer's turn ratio, directly display imposed voltage and current value.
(7)The instrument can analyze resonant wave, can test multiple resonant wave's containing rate and total distortion rate, and display original waveform and histograms.
(8)The instrument displays by large LCD screen, display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, three-phase average voltage, average current, total power for three phase and relative data.
(9)DC and AC power supply: powered by lithium battery or 220V AC.
(10)Intelligent charge management, display left power, alarm when the power is low, automatically adjust background light, save power.
(11)No power loss clock and date displaying, reserve data by instrument itself or U-disk, the instrument reservation can reach to 200 groups, can transmit to U-disk, saved with WORD type, then directly print by computer.
(12)Thermal printer, print quickly and soundless.
