The DC resistance test of transformer winding is an indispensable test item after transformer is transferred, overhauled and changed. It adopts new power technology, with stable performance, quick measurement, compact size, easy to use, high precision of measurement and good repeatability of data. It is the ideal equipment to measure the DC resistance of transformer windings and high power inductance devices.
The device is specially designed for 3 channels DC resistance test of YN winding. It realizes 3 phases imposing voltage at the same time, independently taking current samples and voltage samples, testing 3 phases resistance values and calculate the unbalance rate synchronizely. greatly reduces the testing time of transformer winding DC resistance, solving the problem of long testing for power transformer's dividing connection winding DC resistance, the testing time is just 1/3 comparing to traditional test.
Product Features:
1. Only need to connect the high-voltage and low-voltage current potential testing wires to transformer, during the testing, don't need to switch testing wires again.
2. For star-type winding test, the device can adopt 3 phases testing in one time, test resistance of A0, B0, C0, saving testing time.
3. For 3 phases 5 poles low voltage internal horn connecting transformer, the device will automatically assist magnetism, it's faster than directly large current testing method.
4. Display and print all datas of transformer's high, medium, low voltage winding, and automatically calculate the unbalance rate between 3 phases, print resistance values that converted by rated temperature.
5. It will test A0 datas firstly when carry out 3 phases testing, then test 3 phases synchronizely, which solves the problem of unable to test neutral point wire's resistance when test 3 phases at the same time.
6. Having perfect back electromotive force protective function.
7. The device can permently reserve 200 groups datas(expandable), or connect U-disk to save datas.
8. The device is suitable for wide temperature, with high testing accuracy, anti-seismic, anti-interference, portable to carry with.
